Gabimaru is gonna be a god with Tao, Genjutsu, ninjutsu and taijutsu. Like Guy, Kakashi, Itachi and Jariya all rolled into one.

I also love how its not only gabimaru. the other guy whose already got the blue scars and used tao he's interesting as well loving this series so far

yup and that samurai girl that's Gabimaru's executioner seems to be close to be using Tao just on the other side being more weak minded needing to strengthen herself to be at the balance

but Gabimaru might not get those vines scars. He did not consume those plants or bodies in the pit.

to be fare the popular version of those characters now a days would be Gojo and the Jujutsu Kaisen crew than good old Naruto for the zoomers ^_^

Naruto? Most of them are his mentors, or gave him some sort of power up. All of them are badasses. Each of them specialize in one of the things I mentioned earlier. Guy is Taijutsu. Itachi is a master in Genjustu. Kakashi excels in ninjutsu. And Jairiya is basically a Tao master.

Their attachment to their faiths makes them unironically arrogant with a massive superiority complex. They couldnt survive in a world on their own so they had to chalk it up to someone else to deal with the heavy lifting of moral dilemmas. Always an entertaining conversation to question those types, they get angry so fast.

Also consider the context. The environment is going more and more down the crapper because of people who have no sense of wonder at anything mysterious or beautiful. Spiritual people tend to protect the environment more, because they have a HOLISTIC attitude toward life. Holistic means everything affects everything else. People who are non-spiritual also tend to be non-holistic, and don't see (or care) about the effects they have on their surroundings.

The first guy said that spiritual stuff is all bollocks. (He wasn't exactly specific but that was the gist.) Calling him closed-minded seems appropriate. But that should have started a longer conversation between those two people, and unfortunately it didn't.

If you call an entire subject bollocks, and then don't make any further argument, you're going to come off as a closed-minded person. Sorry if a spiritual or religious-type person hurt you in the past.
